In the middle of campus a huge orange fishing net has been erected. ‘This net behind me is used to catch marine animals,’ shouts an angry young man into a microphone. ‘It ends up destroying entire animal habitats. Help us stop this deadly practice and get some free fresh crab by signing our petition.’ I spin around and sure enough there is a large booth that reads “FREE FRESH CRAB”. That’s one bizarre way to save nature.
