SBC is shaking down websites which have navigation in a separate frame. This is an open-and-shut case!

Web sites are protected speech, website navigation is part of that speech, this patent is part of a law passed by Congress that abridges that speech.

What’s next? A patent on swooshes in logos? This is a great case to take a stand on and set a precedent.
